Wohoooo! It is time! Time for the one room challenge! Over the next 8 weeks, you will see DIYers across the world take on the challenge of completing one room in that eight-week time period. You can expect weekly updates both on the blog and on my Instagram page.
I have been planning this room for a LONG time and I am excited to finally make it happen! I can't wait for you to see the transformation and maybe even get inspired to take on a project in your own home. But enough chit-chat, let's take a look at the before pictures and more importantly, the plan!
THE PLAN...

Product Sources:
Wallpaper: Custom from Love vs Design
Bedding: Beddy's
Side Table: Amazon
Rug: West Elm
Artificial Tree: Amazon
Bean Bag: Big Joe's
We already owned this bed frame (purchased from Facebook Marketplace, of course)
This room currently serves as our guest room. My girls call it "GG's room". Hopefully Reece will actually claim it as hers when we move her from the nursery. It also currently has a crib that we will continue to use until Reece is ready for her big-girl bed!
THE BEFORE...

Oooh did I forget to tell you that this is not only our guest room, but our storage room as well? I guess I am going to have to find another place to hide presents.

This is the crib wall. Long-term, this crib won't stay but I have some ideas for this space.

Woof, what an eye-sore. Part 2 of this ORC makeover will include a full closet remodel. Just wait until you see what it looks like in the inside. Have you seen a Monica closet?
I am thinking built-in dressers, multiple hanging rods and shoe storage!

I am excited to transform this room for my wild child! Make sure to follow along on Instagram and check out other DIYers in action by visiting the One Room Challenge website!
